和名 コマツモムシ
学名 Anisops ogasawarensis Matsumura, 1915
分類 半翅目マツモムシ科
この虫の特徴 体長６㎜～８㎜程度．体型は細長く体色が乳白色である．呼吸の時以外は水中に留まって，ミジンコなどの小動物を捕獲して体液を吸い取る．
えさ 小動物の体液を吸い取る．
出現時期 ６月～８月
分布 本州～九州（県本土）
よく似た種類との区別 マツモムシNotonecta triguttata Motschulsky, 1861は，本種より大型で体色は黄褐色に黒色の斑紋がある．
